Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 Day from date of delivery, except for items being sold at 20% or above discount.
Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Returned in original packing
- Stain-free, odor-free, pilling-free, and undamaged
Non-returnable items (hygiene purposes):
- Accessories (jewelry, caps, bottles, etc.)
- Bodysuits
- Socks and other innerwear
- Returns will not be accepted for damaged items due to regular wear & tear, misuse, or accidents.
Processing Returns & Store Credit
- Approved returns/exchanges shall be made as store credit to the email used for ordering.
- Shipping is non-refundable.
- Store credit, coupon code, or gift cards are redeemable within 12 months of issuance.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
- In case your order is received in damaged, incorrect, or partial condition, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will look into it and provide a solution such as a replacement or store credit.
Out of Stock Exchanges
- In case the replacement product you wish is out of stock, we will provide store credit instead, which is redeemable for 12 months.
